Symptoms or Error
The users are not able to reconnect to the disconnected session. Citrix Online Plug-in might keep trying to start the virtual desktop indefinitely.
Background
When the user disconnects a session, Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) locks the computer for security reasons. At the time of enabling the Remove Lock Computer policy, the VDA fails to lock the system when the session disconnects.
To validate if the Remove Lock Computer policy is enabled with Local Group Policy Editor, verify User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl-Alt-Del Options > Remove Lock Computer is Enabled.
If the user enables Remove Lock Computer, the REG_DWORD value DisableLockWorkstation is configured with the value of 1.

We've got a w2k terminal server configured to allow all of our remote users to logon to get to a certain app.
The problem is, when the dsl -> dsl vpn drops for a second, which many of them do, the users sees his terminal window close, but the session remains open our server.
When they relaunch the remote desktop connector a few seconds later, a new session is created, for a total of 2. I just looked at tsadmin.exe a minute ago and saw that one user had 4 sessions open.
I had assumed that terminal services would be smart enough to reconnect users to their last session, is there a setting somewhere that i'm missing?
